The minimalistic set up of five square white papers mounted frameless to the wall in a precise line surprises with a subtle movement: through almost invisible nylon threads, which connect the papers with a turntable-like, rotating mechanism on the floor, the lower sides of the papers are lifted up periodically in a smooth wave movement as if a DRAFT OF AIR blew through the room. The persistent cyclic repetition creates a rhythmic play of shadows and creates the illusion of air circulation - a scenario, which in movies often foreshadows a dramatic turn in the narrative.
